In the movie 88 Minutes (2007), forensic psychiatrist and college professor Jack Gramm finds himself in a dire predicament. Having played a crucial role in the sentencing of serial killer Jon Forster, Jack now faces accusations of manipulation from Jon himself. With the execution of Jon approaching, Jack receives a phone call informing him that he only has 88 minutes left to live.
As the clock ticks, a copycat killer begins targeting women using the same modus operandi as Jon. The Seattle Slayer Task Force gets involved in the investigation, and with the help of his associate Shelly Barnes, FBI agent Frank Parks, and assistant Kim Cummings, Jack starts delving into the case.
His suspects include problematic students, a campus security guard, and a woman with whom he had a one-night stand. Jack is determined to uncover the identity of the copycat killer before his time runs out.
88 Minutes is a thrilling and suspenseful film that keeps viewers on the edge of their seats as they try to solve the mystery alongside Jack.
