Details
In Battle Los Angeles (2011), the world is thrown into chaos as meteors rain down on Los Angeles and other major cities. However, these meteors are not what they seem. They are actually alien spacecrafts that have invaded Earth. The invaders are ruthless, killing everyone in their path, starting with the beachgoers.
To combat this unprecedented threat, the military is quickly mobilized. Marine Staff Sergeant Nantz, who was on the verge of retirement, is assigned to a new platoon. Led by 2nd Lt. Martinez, the platoon is flown to Santa Monica Airport, where they establish a forward operating base.
Their first mission is to rescue civilians trapped at the police station, deep within the alien-controlled territory. They face a race against time, as they only have 3 hours to complete their mission before the Air Force plans to bomb the area.
As they push forward, the platoon encounters intense resistance from the alien invaders. They must rely on their training, teamwork, and determination to succeed. Along the way, they uncover shocking truths about the invaders' intentions and the fate of humanity hangs in the balance.
