Details
In the classic 1964 film Fantômas, viewers are introduced to a criminal mastermind known as Fantômas. This enigmatic character is displeased with journalist Fandor, who has written a fictional interview with him. To seek revenge, Fantômas kidnaps Fandor and threatens to kill him. However, before carrying out his plan, Fantômas decides to tarnish Fandor's reputation by committing a sensational crime while disguised as the journalist.
Unbeknownst to Fantômas, police Commissaire Juve is hot on his trail. To throw the detective off, Fantômas devises a scheme to commit a crime that makes it appear as though Juve is the culprit. As Fandor and Juve join forces, along with Fandor's girlfriend Hélène, they embark on a thrilling adventure to capture Fantômas. However, throughout their pursuit, the lines between control and manipulation become blurred.
As the film unfolds, viewers are treated to a captivating cat-and-mouse game filled with suspense and intrigue.
