Determined to gain control over the money, Charlie kidnaps Raymond from the Ohio institution where he lives and embarks on a journey across the country. Along the way, the two brothers, vastly different from each other, form a bond that has a profound impact on Charlie's perception of life.
As they navigate their way across the States, Charlie begins to understand Raymond's extraordinary abilities. Raymond's prodigious memory and mathematical skills prove invaluable, and Charlie decides to exploit them by taking him to Las Vegas to count cards at a casino. However, the duo faces various challenges during their adventure, forcing Charlie to confront his own selfishness and learn to appreciate Raymond as an individual with unique qualities.
Rain Man is a heartwarming and thought-provoking film that explores themes of family, redemption, and the power of human connection.
